HOVITA empowerment started in April 2018. This is a fund development project aiming at empowering road accident victims in Kampala and surrounding areas such as Wakiso, Mukono, and Entebbe. HOVITA empowerment projects empower all willing individuals that are affected by road incidents with skills that help them earn extra income and improve their livelihoods.
